And it’s all starts with a high end gourmet dinner before partying until down. Famous chef Arnaud Donckele celebrates everything that Mediterranean sea and region has to offer. His kitchen and ambience is like the orchestra: the food is flawlessly flawing, the ocean sound makes you Zen, creating the atmosphere of the gastronomic paradise. The chef creates the dishes with passion and obsession: citrus fruits and local vegetables are served with fresh seafood, exquisite sauces and organic meat are simply delicious. Mr Donckele makes empathises on the classic French cooking but he uses seasonal produce and adds a bit of creating touch to make his cuisine special.
