All’Oro is a family restaurant opened in 2007 by Riccardo Di Giacinto and his wife Ramona. Ramona helped her husband to realize the dream of his life. The sister in law Melina also joined them.  The members of this dynamic team make their best to reach perfection in everything they do. The result is impressive! Multiple sources call the restaurant one of the best in Rome. It deservedly enters top 10 list of dining venues, where the customers can get superb service and excellent food.

Ricardo, Ramona and Melina shared the duties evenly. Ricardo works in the kitchen and Ramona serves the customers in the dining room. Some chefs who are famous now, started their career in All’Oro. The traditional Italian cuisine made All’Oro popular internationally. Now it offers its services at The First Luxury Art Holel in the heart of Rome, to which it moved recently. Presenting traditional dishes, the chef gives their modern interpretation. He manages to balance this combination perfectly.

The restaurant is modern and elegant – it is pleasant to enjoy dishes in it. If you want to have a look at look at the historic center of Rome and admire its view from the top, you can go to the roof garden. It is one of the best rooftop hotspots of the capital. The opposites can make excellent entity. Cold dishes are 0 degrees and hot dishes are prepared in the oven, where temperature reaches 300 degrees. The chef uses the ancient Italian method to cook fantastic meals. The bar features a long bar stand and big wine racks with a good selection of wines. There you can have a drink and enjoy a beautiful view of the city. Staying in the hotel, you do not get a room only – the whole city is presented to you here!
