Siberia

Siberia is a Russian restaurant known for its lavish design. The restaurant is trendy and elegant. It is located in the center of Moscow, in the mansion that belonged to Russian professor Rosanov before.

Siberia pays special attention to healthy food, meticulously sorting out the ingredients of organic origin. The suppliers of products are selected thoroughly. Chef Michael Simagin does it personally. The meals are delicious and natural. Some cocktails are prepared of old Russian ingredients forgotten by all, for instance, the cone brew, seaberry and others. The oysters and seafood in the restaurant are right from aquarium: scallops, mussels and langoustes.

All dishes are worth trying but some are still more successful than others. The recommended dishes include Beef Stroganoff with foie gras, scallops in Russian style, Russian pie with duck and quail, dumplings with Chilean sea bass or country goating. The wine list is extensive.  The staff can speak English.

The restaurant has several zones and each client can find the zone to taste depending upon his/her mood: major area, balconies, fireplace area, and summer terrace.

Siberia is perfect for entertainment. Many popular Russian singers and bands perform in Siberia.  The place is known for great live music. The prices are higher than in other restaurants of the city but people come here for chic atmosphere.

There is face control in the venue that is highly criticized for strict requirements but the result is worth the effort. Once you get in you forget about this coldness at selection of visitors. The public in the restaurant is beautiful and well-dressed. There are always stunning girls there and fantastic club atmosphere.

The place is considered the hottest in Moscow. If you want to book the table, you have to live the deposit: 25,000 rubles. It is charged in addition to the bill for the meal. In spite of high price, it is difficult to get the table there, especially on weekend because the restaurant works as a night club then. The concept of the place is to show the glamorous night life, combine traditions and luxury.
