Wild Honey is one of the most discussed restaurants of London. This is a joint venture that belongs to Will Smith and celebrated chef Anthony Demetre. This is their second project together. Wild Honey was opened in 2007. The venue offers fair price for excellent creative dishes. The menu is French-inspired.

It is located opposite the church, near the Regent Street. It is good to come here to have dinner after you visit some gallery from this district or boutiques. The view from window is great.

The design of the place looks noble – it is paneled with dark oak. The furnishing is performed in earthy tones. The design skillfully combines traditional approach and modern elements.  You can reserve the table for the company that includes up to 6 persons. You can order private events as well and invite up to 50 guests.

The environment is formal in Wild Honey but that does not interfere with relaxed atmosphere.  High standard service complements other advantages of this place. Much attention is paid to the quality of staff that delivers unobtrusive service.

The wine list is eclectic to meet the demands of different clients. Wines from different regions are presented in it. There are approximately 100 bins in the wine cellar.

With seasonal ingredients the chef creates dishes full of flavor. You can order Lincolnshire smoked eel lacquered with Asian spice along with pickled mushrooms and kohlrabi, roasted Scottish scallops, Carpaccio of wild Cornish sea bream with blood orange and avocado, Roast saddle of rabbit and so on.

The prices are reasonable: starters begin from £8, the mains from £24 and desserts from £9. The average bill is about 60 dollars.

It is possible to make a virtual tour available on the website of the restaurant. However, it is not able to transfer the atmosphere that reigns here. Some dishes remind us what real kitchen gurus are capable of, for instance, skillfully prepared ravioli of Italian greens with Moroccan lemon peel that is followed with grilled chicken and risotto. This is a great experience for discerning gourmets.
