Quadri

Quadri is a famous Venetian restaurant that is located in Piazza San Marco. It presents traditional Venetian and Italian cuisine. The restaurant was acquired by the Alajmo family in 2011, which owns other dining venues as well.

Quadri is a restaurant with incredible views of Venice. You can enjoy the views, trying the dishes of modern classical cuisine. The menu of the place was created by Max Alajmo. The executive chef is Silvio Giavedoni. Other prominent specialists in the team guarantee high class cuisine for all customers. The ingredients are carefully selected. Every day fresh fish is brought from the Rialto market to the restaurant.

The restaurant earned its Michelin star just one year after it changed the owner. The Michelin inspector emphasized the value of design and stucco décor adornment at the place. Fine fabrics and Murano glass decorate the restaurant, which is much photographed for its beauty. Quadri was called the gastronomic monument of Venice.

The dining room has two sections. The music plays unobtrusively in the background so the visitors feel relaxed and convenient. The wine list includes 650 labels, but the prices are two times more expensive than in the shop.

There is custom-made bread with great crust in the restaurant. Excellent grissini is served here. Try pumpkin lasagnetta noodles with lobster, squid, ginger and almonds. There are 3 tasting menus “Classico,” “Tinto” and “Istinto”. You can select any menu or create or own one.

Stunning presentation of creative dishes is a last touch that complement the general picture of perfection. The price for a meal varies from €170 to €235.
