The chef Greg Doyle at Pier restaurant certainly knows how to cook fish and seafood. If you want to try the best seafood in Sydney with a fusion touch while overlooking the water, there is only one place to go – Pier. I came to this restaurant by accident, it was the only place opened on Sunday near the hotel where I was staying.
