For appetizer Sissi menu offers freshly baked bread, marinated salmon with crispy salad, ‘chicken tuna’ – special dish made from guinea chicken marinated in herbs to the consistency that it taste almost like tuna. Its served with capers and lemon dressing. Veal with truffles is super tender and melts in the mouth, thick mushroom sauce is perfect addition to high quality meat. Duck leg is served with couscous and comes with complex dressing.
