The Cracco Restaurant opened in 2007. The architects Gian Maria and Roberto Beretta managed to create the elegant and comfortable environment that looks expensive thanks to cherry wood decoration on the walls. The chef of the venue is Carlo Cracco. This is the person who enriches the whole gastronomical sphere, while he creates innovative tasting experience.

Some call Carlo a pioneer of progressive Italian cuisine. The Cracco restaurant was devised with this concept in mind. It gave him chance to emphasize the values of biggest importance. He succeeded in it and attained the goal: he attracted the attention of consumers and joined the company of famous culinary veterans. Carlo Cracco brings success wherever he goes. He does not only show his talent but helps others reveal it. L’Enoteca Pinchiorri from Florence received 3 Michelin starts being managed by Carlo Cracco.

Carlo Cracco always embarks on new adventure and copes with any challenge skillfully. Some time ago, Milan’s five-star Palazzo Parigi Hotel offered him to become an Executive Chief. The restaurant specializes on seafood and fish dishes.

Huge experience of Carlo Crasso is implemented fully in his own restaurant. The wine cellar includes 2000 labels that were carefully selected. Only the best internationally famous wines from different regions entered the list.

The decoration of the dishes is simple and modern. The Art Deco style is used for it. The price for dinner varies from 100 to 200 euros.

The full Cracco experience means perfectly prepared dishes, for which local high quality seasonal produce is used.  The restaurant demonstrates excellent service and delightful dishes. All flavors were amazing. Bite sized miniature sandwiches are served in Cracco. Try shrimp with pistachio sauce, lamb liver and chili chocolate macaroon. Some dishes display very interesting combinations. The dishes are served by the waiter course after course. Free dishes from the chef are sometimes served as well. The guests can be invited to tour the kitchen as well which is rather exciting.
