Erba Brusca was born as a continuation of an old and famous restaurant in Milan, the Osteria of the tube that Alice Delcourt decided to recover with Cesare Battisti and Danilo Ingannamorte from the restaurant Ratanà.
The restaurant is located on the border between the city and the country. In this way, the restaurant, trying not to repeat clichés, offers to reunite with nature. This is the venue for those who are “overdosed with the city’s overload of poised chic” as one review says.

The chef of the restaurant is Alice Delcourt. Occasionally, she personally comes out to greet the guests and explain the menu. Alice is a well-known chef already in spite of the fact that this is a male-dominated profession and women face some problems in it for this reason.
The design of the interior and the exterior reflects the spirit and philosophy of the restaurant: natural materials, attention to detail, colors of the garden and many bottles of wine on display on the walls in a mobile-library that reinterprets the shape of fruit boxes.
You can have lunch on the terrace in the shade of a pergola next to the pool and the garden with views stretching over the green fields and a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the sun or the cool. At the entrance, the bicycles of Erba Brusca are available to customers for walks along the canal.
The restaurant presents unusual oasis just outside the city limits, where you can even find wild strawberries. The concept is actually not new but still surprising and highly demanded. This explains the success of the venue. It is loved by the locals and gradually acquires international fame. More and more guests of the city try to find it and later are very pleased with experience.

This is a wonderful restaurant with great service and tasty natural food.  And though it is a bit out of the way, it is worth visiting. The cost of dinner is about 40 euros.
